There are a lot of unique countries and places in Africa, Zanzibar being one of them. The quaint area of Stone Town is a special place on the island with thin cobbled alleys, endless corners, and streets full of culture.
The speed boat to Zanzibar is affordable at $35 for non-Tanzanians and the trip takes about 80 minutes on those ferries. Photographer Mutua Matheka takes us on a journey through the streets of Stone Town, one shot at a time.
